The Sun's reaction on the skin is similar to aging. Sun rays causes sun burn to the skin making the skin dull, dry, patchy, thick and wrinkled. Overexposure to sun can even cause redness, sores and blistering. Thus, people with delicate skin need to use a good suntan Lotion. Here are some easy home made sun tan lotions recipes.

Sesame Seed Lotion:

This cream is good for oily skin.The following ingredients are required:.

• 4 tablespoon sesame seeds
• one cup of rosewater
• 4 tablespoon surgical spirit


Grind sesame seeds to fine powder and add rosewater. pour in a glass bottle with a air tight lid. Keep it for 24 hours, shaking as often as possible. Then, strain the liquid and add surgical spirit.

Tea Cream:

This is a very effective lanolin based sun-tan cream. Lanolin and almond oil keep the skin moist. Sesame oil has the properties to absorb ultra violet rays. The tannin available in tea also absorbs the sun's rays.

The following ingredients are required:.

• 4 tablespoons lanolin
• 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
• 2 tablespoons almond oil
• half cup strong tea

Make half cup strong tea by adding two teaspoon tea leaves in a cup of boiling water. When it becomes half the quantity remove from heat and strain. Now, put lanolin into a enamel bowl and melt over the water bath. When melted, add the oils. Now slowly add tea water and beat continuously with a wooden spoon. Cool and add perfume if you are not allergetic to it. Pour in a glass jar.

Olive oil and vinegar lotion

Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil(jetoon ka tel)
half cup vinegar(sirka)
1 teaspoon iodine
a few drops of lavender perfume
Mix all the ingredients together in a glass jar. Keep it in a refrigerator for preserving it.
