Learn to cooperate with the inevitable. There are many circumstances which are beyond our control. In such case, accept the situation courageously and adjust accordingly.
Decide how much anxiety and worries a problem is worth it. How much does the problem you are worrying about really matters to you?-and refuse to give it any more.
Learn to bury the past. Its useless worrying over the things happened in the past.
Cultivate a mental attitude that brings you happiness and peace.

Keep your enthusiasm high and prevent from worrying

Clear your desk of all papers except those relating to the immediate problem at hand.
